The Spirit, The Body, The Mind Living in Harmony
As human beings, we all accept the idea that we have a body and a mind. The third aspect, our spirit, is likely to be disregarded. Our spirit .... this intangible thing that makes us who and what we are .... thrives when we expand from the conscious to the subconscious mind. Activities like prayer, meditation, contemplation stimulate us. This makes our relationship with ourselves
complete.
In order for us to be whole beings, we need all three aspects of ourselves living in harmony. We
need to feed and rest our body, develop our mind, and become connected to our spirit. We must
nurture our whole self, spirit, mind and body, in order to be a fully functioning person.
In the early '90's, I had it made by earthly standards. I was living in paradise in a beautiful home in the Florida Keys. Inwardly, I was living in Hell. My body was well nourished, my mind was greatly exercised by fear, and my spirit was comatose.
This web site is devoted to the development of the whole person. It was created as a thank you
to God for rescuing me from a precarious situation and guiding me toward a wholeness of
spirit, mind, and body that was beyond comprehension for someone who had been troubled and
empty most of their life.

The LORD protects the simplehearted; when I was in great need, he saved me. -- Psalms 116:6
